Ryan G. Hensley is a California native raised in the Bay Area, a husband, father, coach, educator, and lifelong learner. He graduated from Benicia High School in 1997 and has carried forward early lessons of grit, creativity, and service into every chapter of his life.

Ryan has been married since 2001 and is the proud father of four adult children. Family is at the center of everything he does and serves as the foundation for his values of consistency, empathy, and purpose.

For more than 15 years, Ryan has built a successful career as a licensed real estate and mortgage broker, helping families across California buy, sell, and finance homes with trust and care. As the founder of Hensley Real Estate & Mortgage, he continues to personally serve clients with the same level of dedication, communication, and long-term commitment that have defined his career since 2009.

Ryan also holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and is pursuing a Master of Arts in Teaching in Secondary History with a Social Studies Credential. His background in psychology and his experience coaching and mentoring young athletes shape his approach to education, leadership, and communication.

As a high school basketball coach, Ryan focuses on building character, teamwork, and resilience. On and off the court, he teaches the same principles that guide his professional life: integrity, consistency, and discipline.

Ryan is also a published inventor with two U.S. utility patents, reflecting his creativity and persistence in bringing original ideas to life.

Above all, Ryan believes in leading with authenticity, helping others grow, and making a lasting impact in every area of his life, whether it is in real estate, education, or the community.
